OUR STORY
Gateway Consulting Solutions was founded by Christa Repas when she recognized the underserved needs in the college- and career-readiness market. Everyone should feel confident and prepared as they posture themselves to begin a new stage of life. We utilize our strong academic background, coaching acumen, and emotional intelligence to provide one-on-one guidance tailored to a client's individual wants and needs.
We work with individuals from all backgrounds, levels of education, and experiences. Our mission is to help our clients get where they want to go, no matter where they are starting from. We take a collaborative approach when providing insight and advice during our consulting engagements. This allows our clients to develop their own skills in areas like time management, problem solving, written and oral communications, and interpersonal relations.
Our experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to help others gives us a unique value proposition in this niche market. We want to share our knowledge to help others achieve their goals, explore future opportunities, and to elevate their career potential.
CHRISTA REPAS, OWNER // SENIOR CONSULTANT
Christa serves as the Director of Business Development at Wernick Spear Wealth Managers. In her role, she strives to create long-term value and growth strategies. Christa designs, recommends and implements creative marketing campaigns and networking events. She has a strong focus on the client onboarding experience, as well as the development of efficient systems to maintain high satisfaction and retention. Christa participates in the recruitment, interviewing, and training of incoming staff; while providing continued guidance to newer employees. She is responsible for overseeing staff progress and encouraging professional development.
Christa began her career at Wells Fargo Advisors. She delivered portfolio insight and data reporting, while leveraging various communication channels to keep in touch with clients. She provided valuable recommendations to management after conducting and analyzing team surveys. Christa earned the prestigious CFP® certification after completing a rigorous educational program, strict experience requirements, and passing the 6-hour exam. She also holds the FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and Ohio Life, Health and Accident insurance licenses and is a Notary Public.
Christa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, where she majored in Policy Studies, Anthropology, and Spanish. She is an active member of the NE Ohio Alpha Xi Delta Alumnae Association, the Junior League of Cleveland, and the Detroit Shoreway Economic Development Committee. She currently resides in the Gordon Square Arts District of Cleveland.
